The two day course will cover: -

  • Teaching groups & indiviuals

Pole Fitness Dancing is a fun & unique way to get fit. All ages, shapes and sizes can use a pole dance class to improve their fitness, health & well being. Although called a dance workout, pole dancing can also be very gymnastic and athletic so is ideal for men as well as women.

Pole 4 Fitness pride themselves on offering a comprehensive course that will give you all the skills you need to start teaching a pole fitness class. The course is assessed either in the studio on a pre arranged date or via video assessment to be submitted within 6 weeks of completing the course.

This course is 16 hours and requires that you already hold a level 2 fitness or dance qualification that has covered anatomy & physiology and principles of exercise. For example ETM, gym instructor etc

This course is required for any instructors who work for Pole 4 Fitness and any one taking on a P4F Franchise

The course is accredited by 16 REPs points.

The next course will be running Autumn 2010 due to Clare being on maternity leave

Please note, it is recommended that you have some experience on a pole before enrolling on this course and that you develop an understanding of pole moves by watching DVD's such as Pole 4 Fitness beginners guide to pole dancing.
